Where we are.

We are situated in the heart of the Indian Himalayas, close to the town of Manali, in an idyllic location between the villages of Rangri and Sarsai. We are four kms from the old capital of Kullu district, Naggar, where there is a magnificent old castle and numerous ancient temples.

What you can see and do.

There are so many beauty spots to visit in this valley of outstanding natural beauty. Day trips include visits to temples, snow points, hot springs, local handicrafts etc.
We can arrange all sorts of adventure activities such as: treking, white water rafting, paragliding, fishing, river crossing, rock climbing etc.
There are plenty of beautiful nature walks to be enjoyed directly from the property.

Facilities available.

Large garden in which to roam and relax. Badminton court, Swing, Laundry, Room service, T.V, Hot and cold running water.

Rooms and food.

The cottages each have one bedroom, a sitting room, dining room, bathroom, upstairs balcony, downstairs veranda and private garden. There are comfortable sofa beds in the sitting rooms, and an extra folding bed can be provided if necessary. The cottages are constructed with local stone and timber, and furnished to give a cosy atmosphere.
We take pride in serving food of a high standard. The kitchen is clean and hygenic.As much as possible we try to provide organic food from our gardens or from other local farmers. Meals can either be taken in the cottage dining rooms or in the semi open air restaurant in the garden.
Filtered water is available at no extra charge.

Why we are special.

Our set up here is quite unique in this valley. Our extensive gardens, delicious organic, homemade food, cozy cottages and friendly atmosphere combine to give our guests a thoroughly rewarding holiday.
The owners, Rupert and Bholi come respectively from England and Manali.This fusion of cultures gives a feeling here at Strawberry Garden Cottages enjoying the best of both worlds
